2. Eligibility & Wholesale Access
LamboArts operates as a wholesale-only supplier. By submitting a wholesale inquiry or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- Any invoices outstanding beyond the agreed payment period may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
All orders submitted through our website, email, or other channels constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by LamboArts.
- An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation or invoice from LamboArts.
- LamboArts reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent, due to factors such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns about the legitimacy of the purchase.
- In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been received, LamboArts will issue a full refund within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery
LamboArts ships from our warehouse located in Houston, Texas, USA. All domestic shipments are subject to standard carrier lead times.

- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of LamboArts.

- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods
